Eligible Loan Requirements
Eligible student loan(s) must be in the name of the Georgia Peace Officers Loan Repayment Program applicant.
The loan(s) must be in good standing.
The applicant must continue to make their loan payments as directed by the lender agreement(s).
Eligible student loans include:
- Federal Direct or Stafford Loans
- Federal Consolidation Loans
- Federal Perkins Loans
- GSFA issued state student loans
